  1. KalaPatthar (5643m)

Kalapatthar is Nepali for “black rock” and is located on the southern range of Pumori in the Himalayas in the map of Nepal.  It is the highest viewpoint and offers a very close view of the Everest.  It also offers astounding views of Mountains such as Nuptse, Amadablm, Lhotse, Changtse, Pumori and Nup II.  Trekking to Kalapathhar doesn’t require special climbing skills but you have to separate a minimum of two weeks’ time.  The trekking trail to the Everest Base Camp takes you to the Kalapathhar.  You can instead take a helicopter ride from Lukla or Kathmandu.   1. Sarangkot (1592m)

Sarangko is a famous viewpoint in Nepal for the Sunrise and Annapurna Himalayas Rages. Sarangkot is the most popular tourist destination from where the tourist can enjoy the great view of the Pokhara Valley and the magnificent view of the mountains. Sarangkot is only 5 km from Lake Side, Pokhara. Many tourists come to Sarangkot for sunrise view and go back after few hours but it will be good if tourist stay there for one night and enjoy the view and city light of Pokhara from Sarangkot. Paragliding can also be done from Sarangkot. From Sarangkot, on the northern direction we can see Dhaulagiri in the far west. Annapurna range is visible when the weather is clear on the same side.

The awe-inspiring view of the Ama- Dablam Mountain is offered by Tengboche. Ama-Dablam, unlike other mountains is not known for its height but known for its beauty and exposure. Poonhill lies above the village of Ghorepani that is in the Annapurna region. It is the most visited places for viewing the extravagant sunrise of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri.The views are goldish and give illuminating feel.  This destination helps achieve one’s fantasy of having glimpses of snow-capped mountains. Poonhill also offers spectacular views of other Mountains such as Nilgiri, Machhhapuchhure, Lamjung Himal, Himchuli and many more. It is easily accessible from the lower Annapurna and the trek completes within 4-5 days.
